Let us have a happy new academic year 2026-27.

Government has made it strict that school children should have safe journey to and fro in view of the large number of accidents, at times fatal, due to overloading / rash driving.

All the schools have been strictly warned by the authorities that school students should be provided safe means of transport to avoid accidents and such unfortunate incidents. Guidelines have been issued by the authorities to the schools who are having hired vehicles for the to and fro journey of the students. While we are taking all precautions and steps as per the guidelines, we would like to bring to the notice of the parents that they have also got the responsibility to see that their wards are provided with a safe transport medium.

As in the past, Vidyalaya has made arrangements for the journey of the students to and from the Vidyalaya with our contractor, Sri Binoj N. A. (Mobile Number: 9946662070, ANIL TRAVELS). The list of the vehicles and phone numbers of the drivers will be intimated soon. We will see that they do not overload the vehicles with children and also that they engage obedient and sincere drivers to take care of the students. For all the school buses (having more than 10 seats), an aayah will be available to take care of the students.

We noted that many parents/guardians are using private transport like vans and auto rickshaws. These private vans and auto rickshaws are seen packed with children even more than the seating capacity. It is therefore our sincere request that vehicles arranged by the school may be used for the journey of your wards.

Kindly note that for remedial classes and practice sessions (if any), bus facility will not be available.

In case of students availing private vehicles, the driver should submit the hard copies of Non-involvement of Crime certificate of the driver, license, fitness certificate, insurance of the vehicle, details of the students availing the vehicle like Name, Class & Phone number to the school office by 30th May, 2026.

First Installment (first three months – June, July and August) should be paid from 29th May, 2026 to 5th June, 2026. Cash payment will be accepted only on 29th & 30th May, between 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Vidyalaya premises. Payment can also be done through G-pay. If payment is done through G-pay, kindly mention the Name of the student / Name of the driver and class as a note.

Second installment should be paid on or before 5th September, 2026 and third installment before 4th December, 2026. A fine of Rs. 25 will be collected for those who make delay in payment of bus fees after the due date.

There is an option for parents to pay the bus fare for the whole academic year on or before 5th June and avail a discount of Rs. 500 from the total amount.

Payments shall be made in the Vidyalaya itself where a representative of the contractor will collect the payment and issue receipts.

Newly admitted students should pay the first installment directly on 29th or 30th May, 2026. On payment of the first installment, a pass will be issued by the representative of the contractor to the newly admitted students. Students who are availing the transport arrangement will have to pay for the full academic year (10 months) and are not allowed to choose the facility only for a few days or months. No refund of fare will be made once it is paid.

Note: If the diesel price hikes by Rs. 10 or more during this academic year, then the bus fee will be increased.
